Did you ever try to teach something you believed you had mastered... only to discover you were not ’walking your talk?’
I created this program to help people master conscious living. To be authentically and un-apologetically YOU!
Now, in the Coaching and helping professions, we often teach or coach what we need to learn… something we have not quite mastered or authentically owned. Well ironically, that happened to me, with this program.
Initially, I wanted it to serve everyone seeking personal growth. That goal turned out to be way too big, as well as off the mark. This is not a program for 'rookies.'
I got some coaching and realized that my true intention is to serve people like me and you, experienced coaches seeking new horizons, deeper insights, ways to live and work more authentically.
Then, when it came to marketing my program, I messed up again! Marketing is 'not my thing' so I delegated too much. I lost my focus. I allowed my own life challenges to block my progress. And I listened to ‘marketing experts’ who sold me a host of costly tactics that ‘guaranteed’ my program's success. They did not work.
I also let my sense of humor get in my way. Originally named “Getting Naked (With Your Clothes On)” people searching for my program often found themselves on nudist websites, as Google can’t distinguish emotional from physical nudity. Embarrassing... yes!
So I renamed the program Conscious Living Mastery. When you get inside, you'll see many references to "Getting Naked" and "Naked Conversations." They are excellent metaphors for emotional transparency, and keeping them inside the 'covers' of Conscious Living Mastery ends the embarrassing detours.
